(Out of) Action Man

Having bought Phil a bike, see Biscuits and bicycles, June 2008, we're thinking perhaps we should have checked he'd passed his Cycling Proficiency Test first. It's a case of 'man down' as he took a spectacular fall whilst biking over the weekend and is temporarily out of action after dislocating his shoulder.
